If something’s not quite right, no worries: you have 30 calendar days from the delivery of your online order (or from the in-store purchase) to request an exchange or return.
Online returns
Returns are handled exclusively through Correos and it’s super easy: prepare the product in perfect condition, with its original tags, and start the return process through this link . No need to print the label—just show it on your phone and Correos will scan and print it for you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, you can also manage it online. Just make sure the item you're returning is ready when the courier (we work with Sending) arrives: pickup and delivery of the new item happen at the same time.
Prefer to do it in-store?
If you bought online, you can also exchange or return your order at any of our physical stores (except Lisbon, El Corte Inglés, and outlets). All you need is your BB order number, which you received by email.
Purchases made in physical stores, however, must be managed in-store.

Important
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items won in giveaways. While we can issue gift receipts in physical stores, this option is not available online.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method—no hassle.
